I'm Mia,
a passionate yoga teacher and wellness guide

With years of experience in yoga and holistic healing, Mia created Moonsire Flow as a sanctuary where people of all backgrounds can reconnect with themselves—physically, mentally, and spiritually. Inspired by the cycles of the moon and the elements of nature, their teaching blends fluid movement, breathwork, and soulful stillness to cultivate strength, peace, and inner harmony.
